We use chatbot tools that are provided by third parties who will monitor and record transcripts of your customer service chats to help us better manage our customer inquiries.

    Exercising your rights under this Privacy Policy will not result in any discrimination by us. We will treat you the same as any other user. If you make a request to exercise any of the applicable data access rights and we are unable to comply with your request, you may request to appeal our decision.
