    Ginkgo Biloba
Ginkgo Biloba comes from the Ginkgo tree, an extremely resilient plant spe- cies that has been around for over 200 million years! Ginkgo Biloba is widely used in Chinese and Tibetan Herbalism for its extensive benefits supporting the body's ability to utilize oxygen and im- prove blood flow throughout the body.*
    Vitamin C
High altitude places significant stress on the bodily system, increasing levels of oxidative stress within cells. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant shown to help significantly reduce oxidative stress.*
    Electrolytes
A perfect ratio of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, these electrolytes will make the water you consume work harder for you, to keep you hydrated.*
    Rhodiola
Rhodiola, and essential herb of Tibet- an Herbalism, grows high up in the mountains, and is routinely used by the sherpas and (inhabitants) of Tibet and Nepal. Rhodiola is classified as an adaptogen due to its unique ability help increase resistance to biological and physical stressors, helping to speed up the rate of high altitude acclimation.*
    Alpha Lipoic Acid
Alpha lipoic acid is a natural com- pound critical for energy production found in brussels sprouts, spinach and peas. It delivers incredible antioxidant benefits, helping to maintain cellular health.*
    Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a mighty antioxidant and circulatory system stimulator. An amazing benefit of Vitamin E is its abil- ity to be stored in fat cells, allowing the body build a stronghold or antioxidants to fight oxidative stress as it occurs.*

no dizziness on my hike around Mt Blanc

Took this every day for one week prior to my trip and during the trip. I get alt sickness very easily so even though the highest we hiked was 9k ft above sea level, I knew if I did not have these, I'd get a bad headache. Did not feel any symptoms at all throughout the hike where we would gain/lose 3-5k feet everyday with steep tiring inclines requiring high O2 intake.

      Definitely helps!

I don't do well in altitude or high elevation. Seems like this helped a lot in Snowmass, CO. I've used oxygen boost cans before but the combination with this helped on the ridge at 10k elevation.

      Mitigated headaches

I've used different supplements at altitude and usually get headaches, which I'm already prone too. I did not have a headache my whole trip when I used this. It was only 7000 feet (Sante Fe) but have headaches on other trips here.
